Could someone translate the texts in the image?

One menu is called Game Help, so you should expect all of those in-game tutorials to be stored in there.

I'm not fluent, but I got some of it.

The four options at the top are
Chikotorial? I'm guessing a Cheat Code/Tutorial?
The second I could barely see the kanji to read it, so I got Kai_shin. Whatever.*
Kuronikuru - Chronicle, which appears lower on the pic.
And as MS said, Geimu Herupu, which is Game Help.

The lower half is more complicated as the first and third option says roughly the same thing:

Furi Furo Ak Shiyon. The Kanji here was difficult for me to understand.
Riariteishifuto I'm not gonna pretend that I know what the kupo! this means.
Furi Furo Aku Shiyon. I can't understand the Kanji, but the kana there says BATTLE.
This one here is tricky because it switched from Katakana to Hiragana and back mid-sentence: Subirishito (Tonoti)nku.

I'm not professing to be great. Just tried to help from what I saw.

*In addition, the kanji where Kai is could mean Game, but also: Resolve, round, -times and counter for occurences. I'm just saying.

I'd think the former if they're going for a timeline kind of thing.

It's in chronological, the order on the second screen is "Birth by Sleep, Kingdom Hearts, 358/2 Days, and then Kingdom Hearts II"

Apparently Chain of Memories and Re:Coded haven't been "unlocked" yet. In these screen shots anyway.

You know this will be great in teaching my niece how to read XD plus since she wants to try a series she might like... this might just get her into it.

I think this is a really good idea to include in not just this game, but every game from now on. I'm sure they will just to make the games more accessible to new fans, which, if I recall correctly, they acknowledged was an issue with the continuous storyline and system jumping. I think this is a good solution to that problem.

That's really a neat idea they have here.
Do we know if it is only in text form or are there also some screens from important scenes of the other games? (I would never expect whole cutscenes).

What Sora2016 said is also something important, they should keep this system for the last few games of the Xehanort-saga in order to give a more detailed overview than just in the CGI-Opening.

I agree it would be a very helpful utility. Not to mention if they keep recapping everything in the openings it'll be a confusing blur of an acid trip eventually that makes no sense to anyone new.

Im glad KH is getting some great publicity overseas. Hopefully *fingers crossed* we'll get a NA release date, but I do have to wonder if DDD will get this kind of fanfare here in the states.

The one thing I'm really hoping for from the event is the release dates for the other regions. The menu with the histories of the other games is a great idea for newcomers to the series, but DDD isn't really a game they should be starting the series with.

Unfortunately fan service doesn't happen as awesomely as it does in japan, since we have a vastly different market approach and even take on things. Not to mention it's easier to throw a major bang for some islands close to eachother as opposed to an entire continent. But I still hope the event happens... I still wanna know what it is.

KH 3D Memoir thought

So I said this once before but know I feel it is further backed up by the new chronicles and memoirs. I think that as Nomura stated we will see many flashbacks from Xehanort's POV that they will be part of the memoirs as the "reports" for DDD. Every game has had a report written or referenced by Xehanort so I think these flashbacks will equate to those. Just my thought on it. Of course the chronicles will give the backstory of all we know of previous games but there are still things we dont know so yeah

Hellz to the yeah I hope it does as well... especially since I know a handfel of people who are like shut up stop telling me this, it's excess crap that I don't need to know, and they think KH KH2 and KH3 are the main games in the story with everything else being a side story or spin-off... this will catch many of them up.
