I'm wagering there'll be quite a few more. But I don't think it's gonna go on for as long as the FF series. It's a series that all takes place in one universe, there are only so many good stories to tell.

I read an intervew in a magizine and thay asked if KH will run like FF and Tetsuya Nomura sayed the seres will contineu past kh2 but will not run forever like FF

There are multiple Kingdom Hearts works in the making...I'm sure Kingdom Hearts will run on for atleast several games hopefully...maybe it won't be as long as Final Fantasy though...

KH is more of a series type of game and FF is just random games that have nothing to do with each other except for a few that made it into a series
There will probably be a KH3 eventually but there is no confirmation that there will be a KH3
The next kh title will probably continue through two games and then nomura might go back and create a KH3 but i think that KH3 (if there is one) should end Sora's story
But the new series should continue to be a trilogy
