That's most probably fake, there've been many fake leaks of KH trailers. (also, you can very clearly see outlines, so those renders are from 0.2)

I'm not so sure if it's fake but tbh even if it is, I don't think the release year is going to be a big surprise. I'd be surprised if it got out this year (which is unrealistic) but everything the following 1-2? years isn't really shocking.
