There's really no difference. It's just got the title Ultimate Hits on it. Think it costs less too but both should be at that point by now.

I don't know if it's the same in the USA as it is in Japan, but I think Ultimate Hits is just a title Sony slaps on games that sell a whole bunch.

I think it's called greatest hits and so far all of the KH series is one

Ultimate Hits is the Japanese version of Greatest Hits. I have it, and it nothing different. The box art is smaller and it has a "Ultimate Hits" label on it.

If it's FM+, you shouldn't have to worry about that cause most of the voices are in English except for the new scenes. Not that you could change them anyways. There shouldn't be much of a difference.
