Also in Final Mix, the place in Timeless River is misspelled as "Scene ob the Fire". Idk if it's in the original though, since it's been so long since I played the non-FM version

That still doesn't fit. After Roxas see's the picture of Riku,Kairi,Donald,and Goofy he says "So that's why." Ven had no knowledge that Sora was friends with any of them.

I think he actually said that because he had just seen Sora's skill with the keyblade.

Exactly what Grass said, but nevertheless I can't stop to laugh about that stupid mistranslation.

In the german version it was actually done right me thinks...

If i'm not mistaken, for my game, it stated "the keyblade" not "he"..
Some mistranslation though.

even though it likely is a mistranslation, I see no harm in referring to Axel's decision to save Sora and, by extension, kairi rather than getting Roxas back.
