Here's something to torture you guys as much as i'm being tortured:

Know this, all of the copies of KH2 are ready to be played, yet we cannot get them. Why? Simple, SE wants them evenly distributed (Or about so) So the release date is later so they can be shipped. Imagine, if you could get it as soon as possible. You could be playing it right now. >:^3

Well... I am going to go to GameStop where I have it reserved and run back and forth between there and EB until one has it. Then I will call around. Agh and get my pre-order $ back.

See, here's the thing. While I've never reserved anything before KH2, I have gone to stores to buy something the day of its release, and they've always been there. They were all DVDs, but I don't see what's so different between DVDs being in stores on their release date and video games being in stores on their release date.

omg !!! 4/5 days left !!! and like 20 days left till i get the game !!! omg i cant wait !!! anyway i have only reserved a game once and thats becuz i had to in order to get the speical edition version .... there is no point of reserving something unless you get something for free or there is a speical offer and there is none for kingdom hearts 2 , they have never run out of copies of a new game before , by new i mean not new as in new but new as in not used

There is a special offer in Reserving Kh2...
If you reserve KH2, you can also reserve the Limited Edition Strategy guide for only $25, instead of the $31 it's normally gonna be sold at.

I wish I had known that before I reserved it -__-...

see this is where experience comes into play madness

games are a lot different than DVD's in fact they are totally different

the release of the xbox system was way bigger than when lord of the rings hit DVD


games are a much more serious matter

and it always comes out the day after the release because the release is different from when you can buy it

you see....i pre-order a lot of games, probably about 4-5 every year...

they never come out on the release date...i did some research with game shipping and they release it to ship on the release date, and it arrives in stores the day after <_<....

and no, it doesn't take a full day to get the stock in their systems, it only takes about an hour, so no, they don't have to keep the game locked up behind the counter for a day to do inventory

you see....the only game i recall that might have come out on the release date was halo 2....and the only stores that let you do that....were the small amount of "midnight release" stores.....actually come to think of it.......there were still a few stores that only got it the day after

there's a harvest moon game that comes out the 28th as well....it won't be in stock till the 29th either :p

it's the cold hard truth.........*sigh*.....

ok guys i work at gamestop and as it was stated before kh2 will be shipped on the 28th arriving at stores on 29th so dont worry guys just wake up on the 29th and start calling them like crazy hahahaha yay i get to work that day imma open the box containing all the kh2 games yay!!!!

*sigh* i've pre-ordered games a long time, done research, and this guy works at gamestop, so we know what we're talking about :)
