I was watching the secret video from final mix and realised somethign, somethings seemed very similiar to kh2 tothat got me thinking.
The old guy is a nobody and the dark soilder is his counterpart nobody. It would make sence that he wanted kingdom hearts (or already has it) like in kh2 with Xehanort trying to harness kh's powers to become "human." Some how in all of that he was probaly a leader of the dark side keybladers who were CHASERS of kingdom hearts. who would psossibly composed mainly of nobodys like orginization 13. This is how i think it would be like kh2.
Heres my theory part*EDITED*
The 3 knights were all that were left of the light side keybladers from the keyblade war which had gone and passed, (the keyblades at the crossroads from fallen keybladers), I also think this place is a place where time has no meaing as stated in one of Diz's reports. Thus creating the illusion of the past where the place is somewhere that time is infiinately going in all directions whihc makes this part of the game take place in the past, present and future all at once. The 3 knights who were at the crossroads were most likely waiting for mickey when the old dude showed along with his dark knight, which i think is a nobody. The old man i beilive IS Xehanort becuase of E.S.'s hate shown twords him and the same exact clothes worn by the Xehanorts heartless, "ansem." I also belive that E.S. and the old guy are borthers from how E.S. seemed to hold back his true powers while fighting him. I think mickey faced off with the old guy and some how sent them through time while in the crossraods place where "time" as said before is practicly non-existant making that Xehanort younger and wiping his memories. And mickey and Xehanort became the lost two.
