Ansem - the guy that only appears at the end because the developers didn't want a disney villain to be the final boss.

Xem..uhh i mean...Unknown - The guy who mindfucks you.

Mickey - Disney mascot that only gets 1 scene.

Donald - The party member who gets replaced by Tarzan,Alladin,and others.

Goofy - The party member who is never replaced.

Sora - The Hero.

Riku - The guy who backstabs the hero.

Kairi - The Girl.
