ok i have been hearing that you can get rikus keyblade in the game but it is very hard. i found that to be a bunch of bull crap but idk is it true?

yeah the only time you get it is when you can control riku (who has it of course) in the final battle, and even then its only for a short time

No, you don't get Riku's Keyblade EXCEPT while controlling him, as they've said.

Only time when you -technically- get it is in CoM:R/R.
