I guarantee Terra is not going to be able to pull off the same moves as a playable character in BBS as he does as a boss in KH2FM+.

the battle wasn't canon, and the moves are most likely scrapped in the BBS game. As far as we know we haven't seen anything of the like in any BBS scans
