I really like the colors and how they look together, but I'm torn between liking the effects and not liking them o.o All together, it looks pleasing, but at a closer look it looks a tad sloppy. The displacements, I mean lol

this takes a better direction than that last tag.The background texture is unfitting.the effects are rather messy,you should work on that.But it's a good approach.

yeah i went kinda crazy with the smudging/brush stroke effects
