Kairi's Letter in Different Languages?

So i wanted to Print a Shirt with as many Versions of the Poems as possible,
and i thought fastest way to compile em is on here.

i have english and German:

Thinking of you, wherever you are.
We pray for our sorrows to end, and hope that our hearts will blend.
Now I will step forward to realize this wish.
And who knows:
starting a new journey may not be so hard,
or maybe it has already begun.
There are many worlds, but they share the same sky —

Nun schreite ich voran, um diesen einen Traum zu verwirklichen.
Aber wer weiß?
Vielleicht ist es nicht so schwer, eine neue Reise anzutreten
oder hat sie gar schon begonnen?
Es gibt so viele Welten.
Doch sind sie alle verbunden,

I don't know how many languages KH2 was translated in but I know there's also Spanish and French. Videos could probably be found on YouTube, though I wouldn't know specifically where to find them.
