you know how in kingdom hearts they say nothing about sora , riku or kairi's parents but they do show kairi's grandma and she know's a lot of stuff (pretty smart) do you think she will have some importants in bbs some secret past........just a thought sorry if covered already

And this pretty much sums up the general stance on the matter. It might be foreshadowing something/have some importance in a future game, but the story she told Kairi is obviously not all fact.
