Lol not really. Kinda easy to tell its natural lighting, but you've made it work well.

For the last two I used two three-bulb lamps for fill light, a sheet hanging from my ceiling, and I bounced the on-camera flash off of the left wall. Not exactly natural, but then again I have a particular distaste for studio photography so maybe I tried a bit harder to make it look natural, unknowingly.
