I'd call being shaped by Memories of the two a "special connection with Kairi and Namine", but aside from a few snide remarks here and there, I can't recall such a thing.

I don't recall ever such connection ever being confirmed. It's assumed by the general masses due to Xion looking like Kairi, but assumptions =/= actual confirmation of a connection.

I think he meant about what I was talking about. When Roxas was created the memories that Roxas was suppose to get became Xion.

Xion joined the Organization before Sora ever went to sleep. You might wanna change your theory to say she was the Memories Namine messed with in general of Kairi, but the problem then is that those Memories were arguably still there, only changed to become Memories of Namine, so it still doesn't work.

She's probably affected by those Memories, especially since it seems she's changing over time. I doubt she's actually made up of them though, and of the Memories you described.

The precise "date" of her birth wasn't confirmed thus far, only the time frame, being - after Roxas joined, before the first CoM member died. That would be Vexen.
