I am starting to think aqua isn't the 14th member just because 358/2 days is coming out before BBS, but tetsuya has done lots of stuff thats surprised us before. It would be alot better and be a lot more surprised if bbs came out before 358/2 days to lead to her being the 14th member, which bbs won't come out before it, of course.

No. He said Namine wasn't the XIVth member. Nothing about Aqua. And as stated in another thread, Kairi, Namine, Larxene, Olette, and Aqua are the only original Kh females. And Namine and Larxene are already out of the picture, so that leaves Kairi, Olette and Aqua. Kairi can't have a second nobody so she's out of the question. I highly doubt Olette will be a key character in the game, and the XIVth member has already been confirmed to be important to the story.

So that leaves Aqua. It's either some form of Aqua or a completely new female character. How a brand new character can be uber important to the story is beyond me, so my bet is towards Aqua.

Word. Just like the DS there are specific reasons why the faces of both haven't been revealed. If they were were completely new characters we could see their faces and still have no way of knowing anything about them.

I highly doubt Olette will be a key character in the game, and the XIVth member has already been confirmed to be important to the story.

Olette being the 14th member would certainly be an unexpected twist. xD

But who knows? Aqua's pretty possible, even if the 14th member appears first. They could possibly look as different as Kairi and Namine or Sora and Roxas.

Oh, yes. I forgot about the disembodied voice that was featured for a whole 2.5 seconds of Kingdom Hearts. xD DEFINITELY a significant character.

I don't think so either. I could have sworn that he said that she was a new character to the Kh series or something along those lines, which would include Aqua, as she is a new one as well. But if it was a completely new character, I just don't understand how she could be super important to the story without being in Kh2..it just seems..I dunno. Strange. Something.

Though you do have to think back to the whole Ansem the Wise thing...I have no idea.

I knew I worded that wrong. I'm not sure what i'm trying to say, but I know it makes more sense than what I said in the first place. I just mean that like. With Roxas and Namine, they had a place. They fit. They were explained. By Sora losing his heart and all. We've heard about VAT and we know they're past keybladers but their true purpose is unknown but we know they're gonna have one, but what purpose could the XIVth member serve being a completely new character? What else hasn't been explained that bringing a new female Org member in would explain? If it was Aqua, it would fit in with the whole Xemnas finding her armor thing and all that business. But if it's a new character, I don't see a place for her to fit.

Aqua still remain secret, i doubt that she has something to do in 358/2 days..
Or maybe the 14th member is related to Aqua..

Who says the disembodied voice is Sora's mom. It could be his sister for all we know. Anyways, Aqua might not be known to have an important role, yet, but there's a great chance, she will soon.

Oh, and if Aqua was to say.. become the first nobody, wouldn't that mean she would have that important series role. Oh, and just because she would in this theory.. doesn't mean she would of started an Organization off the bat, maybe, she just lurked around and then joined in 358/2 Days. (her nobody, that is)
