I just had this problem. It's really easy to fix.

1) Go to My Computer
2) Explore your iPod
3) Go to "Tools" > "Folder Options" > "View"
4) Choose "Show Hidden Files"
5) Go to the folder "iPod Control"
6) Go to the "Music" Folder
7) Copy that folder to your Music Folder (Or where ever you keep your music)
8) Right click that folder and go to "Properties" and uncheck "Hidden"
9) Then open iTunes
10) "File" > "Add Folder" and find the folder you copied from your iPod
11) Import them, and iTunes will automatically rename all the songs to their original names

I hope that helps. It worked for me just now.
