Stock looks like was copy/pasted on. Not much going on other than a paper texture with some brushing.

KHI doesn't have a 'splash' tag, for its threads in DM.

On topic: The blending could be better, when you can see the cutting outline of the render used, thats usually a bad thing. Making the stock darker (mainly face, hair) would help with the blending. And the pink spots are somewhat inconsistent/could be saturated.
