Among the twenty one captured includes Mairead Maguire (Nobel Prize winner) and Cynthia McKinney (former U.S. Congress member). The ship was heading for Gaza to provide aid.

As far as I know there's pretty much a blockade around Gaza. What Israel is doing is nothing short of ruthless.

As long as they prevent some economic relief from other nations go to Gaza without dealing with some blockade, Hamas will still have a complete strangehold over the people.

Damn I really despise Israel.

They are causing misery for the Palestinian people in that they are enforcing the blockade and by doing so, you justify the existence of Hamas demanding that Israel be destroyed justifying the delaying of an independent Palestinian state.

It's moments like this which I had just wished that Israel had never existed.

No state should be created for a religious group.
