Is Xigbar B better than Marluxia A

I have Marluxia A fully guilted with AB3 Max.. I also have Xigbar B fully guilted but would have to spend the chips, level up medals and buy the board for AB3 max to make him useful.. would he be a worthwile upgrade over the Marluxia or not worth the resources... The setups would be

Ill B&b not guilted, Key art 3 not guilted, Ill Kairi 2 guilted, Casual Roxas not guilted and either the Marluxia or Xigbar

And Divine Rose 26 with the same setup just classic donald boosted fully guilted instead of the Roxas

Xigbar B ignores enemy types and debuffs foe defense by 2 for his attack, so he's actually the strongest Single Target Reversed Speed medal out there outside of possibly some Premiums like Ill Xemnas. The way it goes on DR/LL is Xigbar B>Xaldin B>>Marluxia A, if they're on even ground in terms of Guilt and Skill. So a 100% Xigbar B with ABIIIMax will greatly outdamage a 100% Marluxia A with ABIII Max, but only just outdamages Xaldin B 100% with ABIIIMax on Slot 5 due to his Debuff. Xigbar B is also effective against every enemy type, while the other 2 are most effective against Magic foes, and since you have IKairi2 the SP Cost is less of an issue. If you rank high enough in the Coliseum you can get ABIIIMax+SP Cost2, which will heavily decrease Xigbar B's SP cost and still allow the same level of power, making him even better.

In short, he is very much worth the resources due to higher damage output and versatility.
