Is there any reason to keep unguilted event medals?

Hi I'm what you call cheap to play (I have only spent 10 dollars on the game during the black friday event where you can get 3000 gems for 5 bucks once per weak) I am having trouble with space for my medals and don't want to keep on spending on extra storage... Since they introduced nova I'm trying to keep all the medals I get from pulls even if I never plan to use them so I can eventually guilt them if I keep on pulling more copies of them from future pulls...

So I'm thinking of getting rid from event medals I was unable to guilt (timeless river mickey, pete, jaffar, Shiki & Beat, 2 dot Xemnas B damn spider) do those ever get added to the regular pool for the pulls or is it o.k to discard since there's no chance of ever guilting... I also have a 5 dot Maluxia B but I'll keep that one in case they ever release Mickey and Brooms

Well, most people are waiting for MB's to be released to guilt those medals. I'm still holding a ton of my E-Medals until I can guilt them, as some of them are good medals.

For space, I would have to say that getting rid of the common 1 - 3 star medals first will give you a ton of space....just make sure its medals you don't need or you don't have a hard time getting them. Unfortunately, if you want to keep your medals and more, your gonna have to invest in Storage.
That's just the way it is. I have never spent money on Storage but Jewels. I have about 235 in Storage and I have to constantly sell medals just to be able to go on new quests. So it can be hassle but its worth it.

So to answer your question.
At the moment, there really isn't a reason to keep them.

I'm thinking that in the JP version event medals got released a second time around the anniversary. The US anniversary is in April, so I'd try to wait until then to see if they do anything.

I'd ditch most of your event medals--if the events do return, they're usually even easier to obtain than powerful. (IE: When Meowwow returned, he was a lot easier to get copies of.)

TR Mickey has some select uses (against Coliseum bombs, notably), so I would keep him.
HS Event medals you got from ranking (top 5k) may be reused in a future HS Event, but not the ones just from score (the ones you listed)... so really not much reason to keep those, either.

If the medal you have is a unique type/alignment (especially reverse), you may also want to keep them for Proud Quests. For example, if Pete is your only reverse power medal, you might want to use him in a Proud Quest that only allows reverse medals. But if you have another dark power medal (Ceberus/etc.), you don't really need him, so you'd lose nothing if you ditched him.
