Is there a way I can change battle quotes for KH Re: COM?

It's been done before for KH FM, and KH 2 FM and I've been trying to figure out how to do this for almost two years!

Basically here's quotes I want to replace:

Sora- Give him younger Haley Joel Osment Battle quotes from KH 1.
Riku- Give him younger David Gallager quotes from KH 1, same with Dark Riku/ Riku-Replica.
Ansem, Seeker of Darkness: I want to give him Billy Zane's KH 1 Battle Quotes.

If I could do this it would be so awesome!

If anyone could help me, I would so appreciate it! I would even release a mod known as "The Real Re: Chain of Memories" based on the video Pacey/ Everglow released some time ago.

It's possible I'm sure, but you wouldn't be able to do it on the console, you'd be playing with a mod on an emulator. Such things aren't really legal though, so you'd be hard pressed to be able to discuss it here.
