Is the Guide for Bbs good? First off does it work for the playstation as well? or do I need to find a good online guide for BBS?

Also I used online guides but a friend of mine dosnt have internet acess. Is the Guide for Chain of memories ok to use if you translate it for PS3 . Just curious if I have to coach her through It or not.

I got the BbS guide very, very late, so I can't really tell you much about it for sure. Mainly because when I got it, I pretty much knew everything there is to know about BbS and so didn't use it that much (I mainly got it at that point just for collection purposes).

BUT the command melding list I did use in it, and it is a wonderful help and is still useful for BbS in II.5. So I'd recommend the guide, I guess (if just for that and nothing else).

You'll have to go online to find stuff about the Final Mix version, though, like where to find the stickers and how to arrange them:D

if you need command melding tips, it works just fine. helped me get cure block (there is a glitch that the first command won't let you meld it in both versions).

I'm never going to forget that when I first got the guide, and I was playing as Ven, I was trying to meld some commands together before departing from The Land of Departure (pun intended).

And miracle of miracles, when I combined two of them together, I ended up getting tornado! There was only supposed to be a 5% chance of that even happening, but somehow it did for me in that moment!

So before I even left the first world, I had tornado and was able to wreck everything that came in my path for quite a while. Good times^_^

So Guides worth it. I don't mind going online for occasional stuff for remix only. but to follow an entire game online is a bit of a nuisance. I did it with COM and boy the first two of the six playthroughs were a pain . kept having to pause and check to make sure I didn't forget anything.

About the only changes between the PSP and 2.5 versions of BBS are:

1) Final Mix changes: No coverage of new bosses or Unversed challenges. Secret Ending requirements are different.

2) Mirage Arena changes: Arena Rank changes, mostly. Generally, this is clearly marked in the in-game journal.
