Riku is not against Sora. The whole Riku hates Sora plot line is over and done with. Though his powers are neutral, he doesn't hate Sora. Listen the dialogue with him and Namine at the end of RR, the way Riku talks about Sora is very similiar to how a big brother would talk about his little brother. And besides I have feeling that in KH2, Riku wants to protect his best friend not harm him.
