is my game screwed up?

i tryed struggle Hayner and I even beat him by 200 orbs then i talk to the guy and he said i still dont have enough expirence to fight seifer and then i looked at the scoreboard and it said hayner had won 4 times and never lost at all even though i beat him everytime i tried him. Can someone tell me whats wrong

When it says "Hayner - Wins: 4 Losses: 0" (I think that's what it says, right?) it means that you won against him 4 times and lost against him 0 times.
