Is it just me or do these graphics really suck?

Definitely looking forward to this. The graphics are pretty good for a DS. I'm also interested in how the battle system functions since it doesn't look like you'll be using the stylis (or whatever you call that stick thing) at all. Not that I'm complaining. =)

yes the graphics for this game are awsome compared to other ds games lets hope in the future other ds games will be more like this one

This game is for the DS, ofcourse this will not have PS2 graphics but Days has better graphics that most DS games. The gameplay and the graphics are great.

The games is actually pretty awesome.
I went to Japan once this year, and they let you play the games for free, or test themout, and it was pretty cool.

It won't be as good as a PS2 game, but it is remarkable for the DS (from the bit I've seen it looks better then FF4)

The amount of VA work will take up space, so that will effect graphics. But, don't trust youtube at the moment. DS doesn't look good with blown up graphics.

I think it has great graphics for a DS game, it looks better than most DS games, actually. Since DS normally has crappy graphics[or at least the games I played.]

On top of that to keep the gameplay smooth (IE frame rate) graphics can't be beefed up. Everything has a limit, and to squash all of that information on to such a small cartridge it takes a lot of ingenuity and planning.

Also I can most definitely agree with the vids; in general, not just youtube (though it's notorious for fucking up visuals).

The frame rate looks at least decent, so, yeah, more room. Thanks for reminding me (blushes)

I heard when I arrived here I heard the reason 358 kept on being delayed because every time they felt confident with the build, a technological jump happened and they could fit more data onto a cartridge.
