I feel this thread has to be made because too many people seem to be forgetting already confirmed information. Please give this thread a look through, I have been gathering info for months now[having to restart over and over again and taking many breaks] and even I learned information I forgot or looked over. I will be updating this continuously with the first update coming by Wednesday which will be the completion of DiZ, the completion of Sora, and the addition of Kairi, the update after this will be pictures to the titles of the names.

Kh series as a whole
-Three games have been released from the series with all three having remakes

--CoM with its remake being Re:CoM

-The kh team is thinking about using a portable system for the next installment
This game will be a little different from the Kingdom Hearts Series, with slightly different gameplay as well. As for the system, he is considering portable systems. (Options: PSP, NDS, and Mobile Phones).
-It has been said the kh team wishes to make spin-off games which will include, 1)about Mickey's absence 2)about Riku's absence 3)about Xehanort’s past, and 4)about Roxas' time in the org.
Presently there are 4 main untold stories to consider.
-The period of the King's absence
-The period of Riku's absence
-Roxas' time in Organization XIII
-Xehanort's past
In this case, The story of "The period of the King's absence" is set in the realm of darkness. I am examining a way to tell these 4 stories so I might be able to find a way to tell them soon.
-It has not been confirmed the next kh will take place in the past, it was confirmed the secret movie for kh2 was in the past.
Did that scene happen in the future or in the past?
I would at least say it's an episode in the past, but.... Hmm, how should I say this? It's in the past but you can also think it's in the future, something like that.
Worlds
-There is only two ways to traverse between worlds
--The gummi ship
---Which is made from the shooting stars
first being the Gummi Ship Sora uses in what is called the "Sea of Outer Space". In this way they can come and go between the worlds dotted through space. There is an invisible shell covering these worlds, so as to preserve the original world from interference from other worlds. By opening the hearts of each of these worlds this shell is broken and will become a group of shooting stars pouring down. Once settled, these shooting stars will become the Gummi Parts of the Gummi Ship. Because they were originally from the shell covering this world, it becomes possible to interfere into each world.
--The Dark Corridor
---Only those with an in-between or dark existence can use the dark corridor
---Very rarely those with very strong feelings can open the dark corridor
There is one more method, the use of the "Dark Corridor". There are those who are on a fallen path, essentially not being on the path they should be. Only those who can be said to have a Dark existance or an Inbetween existance can make these doorways. On rare occasion those with particularly strong feelings or hatred, such as the case with Beast and Diz and perhaps others like them can open these paths. However you must be careful when coming into contact with such darkness. As such, if you use these paths too often you will be completely swallowed by darkness. Sora has used these paths several times before, but the degree of frequency hasn't allowed the darkness to stain his heart, so you can think of the influential power of darkness as being dependant upon the strength of the persons heart. As for the Nobodies who have no heart and the King and Riku, using these paths many times doesn't concern them. Why doesn't the darkness progressively swallow them you ask? There are secret similarites between the two that I talk about within this document. If you use the paths too often you can be swallowed by darkness

Worlds of Light<Yensid's Tower<TwilightTown>Castle Oblivion>The World That never Was>The World of Darkness
A) Castle Oblivion, B)Twilight Town, C) Yen Cid's Tower, and D) The World That Never Was. Constructed in this manner, Light < C < B > A > D > Darkness, you can imagine 2 planes with stairs ranging between the worlds.
-The Dark Coast at the end of kh2 is situated between the worlds of inbetween and the world of darkness
What can be called the dark coastline seen at the beginning and end of KHII is the tip of a world. It is not strictly part of the realm of darkness but rather what serves as the boundary line in between the dark and the inbetween. In the ending, Sora and Riku were on the coast on the inbetween side and were looking at the sea of the realm of darkness.
World of Darkness
-Located on the other side of the world of light
If all of these exist at the same level and you imagine them all sitting on top of a plane, there is also plane of existance on the other side where the World of Darkness exists.
World of Light
-All the worlds we've been to thus far(except the worlds inbetween and the end of the world) have been in the realm of light.
Concerning the structure of worlds, first Sora and the Disney characters, and where ever we dwell, these so called normal worlds are attached to a World of Light.
Worlds Inbetween
-Nobodies are born in worlds inbetween.
-Inbetween worlds are very unstable, the dark corridors opens in them frequently
This “realm between” is quite unstable with corridors of darkness appearing from time to time. Whenever a world disappears, some of its inhabitants must arrive through these corridors. Surely Sora traveled these same corridors of darkness when he first came to TraverseTown.
-Traverse Town
--Always in eternal nighttime
--A place that consists of remainders of worlds taken by the heartless
TraverseTown. Like Castle Oblivion, that village also rests in a cleft between light and dark. It consists of the remnants of worlds whose hearts have been stolen by the Heartless. It is where those who have barely escaped the destruction of their worlds eventually find themselves.
*Although not confirmed it can be assumed that traverse town would be closer to the world of darkness due to its eternal nighttime[shared with TWTNW which is next to the World of Darkness]

The birth of Castle Oblivion itself is still a mystery but before the Organization was born into this world it was there.

-Keyblades generally come from the Realm of darkness or the realm of light but can represent anything
Keyblades have 2 different constitutions, either from the Light side or the Dark side.
-[/COLOR]The Heart Unlocker[From kh1 used by Ansem(using Riku's Body)] was both artificial and incomplete
There are further suggestions that this keyblade is artificial as well.
-There is as many keyblades for each realm as there is hearts who qualify for them

Nobodies/Heartless
-Heartless are formed when a heart either is taken by another heartless or is taken by the darkness.
With a human-like opponent, all they do is they easily remove the heart and take
it into themselves, creating more companions. They do not listen to the orders
of humans.
--There are only two people known to come back from being a heartless, Sora and Xehanort.
Axel: Right. But that didn't happen to Sora. He held on to his feelings, even
as a Heartless. Only one other man ever managed to do that.
---Xehanort is the only sentient heartless known in the kh world thus far.

An in-between existence.
one who begrudges both the darkness and the light.
-When a nobody dies it either goes to darkness or if the heartless who took their hearts are destroyed it returns to the heart and returns to a normal existence
When heartless are defeated, essentially the owner's hearts are rejoined with their once extenguished body, whichever world it may be on. As for the whereabouts of hearts in KHII that turn up, this time they remarkably went to the Organization (there is a foot note here that says "In Kingdom Hearts II after heartless were defeated, the many hearts were absorbed by the Kingdom Hearts of "people's hearts"). However, in the rare case that the body changed into a Nobody and when there is no container for the heart, it resorts to a state of suspension.
In the case of a Nobody being defeated, it's a little more complicated. If the above mentioned hearts are liberated, they return to their original form. However, if the heart is still stolen by the heartless, the Nobody's body is swallowed by darkness. If somewhere in the world their hearts are taken back, perhaps they might be able to return to their original human form.

Worlds of Light<Yensid's Tower<TwilightTown>Castle Oblivion>The World That never Was>The World of Darkness
A) Castle Oblivion, B)Twilight Town, C) Yen Cid's Tower, and D) The World That Never Was. Constructed in this manner, Light < C < B > A > D > Darkness, you can imagine 2 planes with stairs ranging between the worlds.
-The Dark Coast at the end of kh2 is situated between the worlds of inbetween and the world of darkness
What can be called the dark coastline seen at the beginning and end of KHII is the tip of a world. It is not strictly part of the realm of darkness but rather what serves as the boundary line in between the dark and the inbetween. In the ending, Sora and Riku were on the coast on the inbetween side and were looking at the sea of the realm of darkness.
World of Darkness
-Located on the other side of the world of light
If all of these exist at the same level and you imagine them all sitting on top of a plane, there is also plane of existance on the other side where the World of Darkness exists.
World of Light
-All the worlds we've been to thus far(except the worlds inbetween and the end of the world) have been in the realm of light.
Concerning the structure of worlds, first Sora and the Disney characters, and where ever we dwell, these so called normal worlds are attached to a World of Light.
Worlds Inbetween
-Nobodies are born in worlds inbetween.
-Inbetween worlds are very unstable, the dark corridors opens in them frequently
This “realm between” is quite unstable with corridors of darkness appearing from time to time. Whenever a world disappears, some of its inhabitants must arrive through these corridors. Surely Sora traveled these same corridors of darkness when he first came to TraverseTown.
-Traverse Town
--Always in eternal nighttime
--A place that consists of remainders of worlds taken by the heartless
TraverseTown. Like Castle Oblivion, that village also rests in a cleft between light and dark. It consists of the remnants of worlds whose hearts have been stolen by the Heartless. It is where those who have barely escaped the destruction of their worlds eventually find themselves.
*Although not confirmed it can be assumed that traverse town would be closer to the world of darkness due to its eternal nighttime[shared with TWTNW which is next to the World of Darkness]

The birth of Castle Oblivion itself is still a mystery but before the Organization was born into this world it was there.

Keyblade/Keyblade Masters
-Keyblades generally come from the Realm of darkness or the realm of light but can represent anything
Keyblades have 2 different constitutions, either from the Light side or the Dark side.
-[/COLOR]The Heart Unlocker[From kh1 used by Ansem(using Riku's Body)] was both artificial and incomplete
There are further suggestions that this keyblade is artificial as well.
-There is as many keyblades for each realm as there is hearts who qualify for them
This is an important point, there isn't just one keyblade from each world, just as many as there are people with qualified hearts.
Sora

--Initially was supposed to belong to Riku, but since Riku gave into the darkness the keyblade went to the nearest heart which was Sora’s

-Turned himself into a heartless after stabbing himself with Heart Unlocker to free Kairi’s heart from himself

Since Riku has always been using Soul Eater, he still calls it that even after it changed form. Keyblades aren't something that you can obtain suddenly out of nowhere so in Riku's case, his Soul Eater was used as an intermediary for that Keyblade.

-The old man wears clothes exactly similar to Ansem(Xehanort's Heartless) and the Apprentices clothes look similar to Riku's Dark mode outfit

-The old man and the apprentice beat the knights severely
-Both their keyblades have keychains on it
-They seem to be very adept in both magic and physical fighting
-In the ending of the trailer, the Old Man creates what seems to be a Kingdom Hearts
Nobodies/Heartless
-Heartless are formed when a heart either is taken by another heartless or is taken by the darkness.
With a human-like opponent, all they do is they easily remove the heart and take
it into themselves, creating more companions. They do not listen to the orders
of humans.
--There are only two people known to come back from being a heartless, Sora and Xehanort.
Axel: Right. But that didn't happen to Sora. He held on to his feelings, even
as a Heartless. Only one other man ever managed to do that.
---Xehanort is the only sentient heartless known in the kh world thus far.
-There are two breed of heartless, pure-blood heartless(those without the "heartless symbol") and the emblems, created by Xehanort’s machine(s)(those with the "heartless symbol")
They didn't just create "pure-blood" Heartless from the human heart, they used
them to artificially synthesize Heartless.
It seems that they have given these artificial Heartless a mark and called them
"emblems".

An in-between existence.
one who begrudges both the darkness and the light.
-When a nobody dies it either goes to darkness or if the heartless who took their hearts are destroyed it returns to the heart and returns to a normal existence
When heartless are defeated, essentially the owner's hearts are rejoined with their once extenguished body, whichever world it may be on. As for the whereabouts of hearts in KHII that turn up, this time they remarkably went to the Organization (there is a foot note here that says "In Kingdom Hearts II after heartless were defeated, the many hearts were absorbed by the Kingdom Hearts of "people's hearts"). However, in the rare case that the body changed into a Nobody and when there is no container for the heart, it resorts to a state of suspension.
In the case of a Nobody being defeated, it's a little more complicated. If the above mentioned hearts are liberated, they return to their original form. However, if the heart is still stolen by the heartless, the Nobody's body is swallowed by darkness. If somewhere in the world their hearts are taken back, perhaps they might be able to return to their original human form.

Namine

Namine was born as Kairi's Nobody.

-Namine has the power to change the memories of Sora and those whose hearts are connected to him
-Because of this she is referred to as a witch
-Because Kairi has no Darkness in her heart no heartless was created, and because she didn’t create a heartless, Namine has none of Kairi's memories.
-Namine was created when Sora used the keyblade on himself in hollow bastion
I believe that Namine was born as a unique Nobody when Sora turned the Keyblade
on his own body and Sora and Kairi's "hearts" departed his body at the same time.
-Sora's body and soul were used as a median to create Namine
But to become a Nobody, Sora's body and soul were used as an intermediary...
-Was used by both the org.[Primarily Marluxia, Vexen, and Larxene] and DiZ
-Freed by Riku
