Are you referring to when he actually turned into a heartless, or when he used it?

Eraqus's heart went straight to Terra. He didn't produce a heartless, so no nobody. Unless you mean when AX became a heartless, in which case he might have.

There is a VAST difference between having/using darkness and losing your heart to darkness. A heart lost to darkness is filled to the brim with it, without any light at all. It then creates a heartless, which Eraqus didn't, so no nobody.

No if someone one loses their heart period and they have a strong will they get a nobody and Master eraqus is a master so he had a strong will so he lost his heart and had a strong will so he has to have a nobody

I'm not assuming this. Everyone knows, the rule for becoming a nobody is that the owners heart becomes a heartless.

Are we still talking about when he died? If so, no. Someone's heart moving from their body does not mean their heart was consumed by darkness, so no heartless or nobody. If you're talking about when AX gave in to darkness, probably. He clearly didn't stick with Xemnas, as shown by his appearance.

Riku also lost his heart in KH 1 when Ansem SoD kicked it out of its body and yet he his heart didn't become a hearless nor did he give birth to a nobody because the conditions where not met.
Ventus also lost his heart but not by succumbing to darkness, so there was no heartless created either and therefore no nobody.

Eraqus didn't succumb to darkness as well, he got blasted by Master Xehanort and his body faded, but his heart found refuge within Terra's heart => no heartless created ergo no nobody.
