Help/Support ► iPod Touch 4g Help!

So I let my sister use my iPod to shut her up. Once she was done with I've noticed something different and by that I mean whenever I touch something the iPod, the voice command person tells me what it is. I can't scroll, I have to double click the apps to use them. It's really a pain. She says she was using the Voice Memo app, but that's it. I was to disable this thing but I don't know how since this is my first iPod.

So can anyone help?
