Saix and Xigbar maybe? Seems to be likely considering As well as Axel and Roxas, Xigbar and Saix appear in screenshots as playable characters as well... It might be because the four are related that Square would choose to show game play with Saix and Xigbar...

i dont remember that picture...

i vaguely remember that picture and i would say its just other members from the organization. if anything, i would need to see the picture again.

well you never really know for sure. maybe that picture means something that will happen later on. like maybe something that happened in the Organization that we never saw when they were around. a secret scene.
