Splatter is a nice addon effect, but would look better if the brush was smaller. Other than that, it's not too bad, put a bit of contrast on V2.

I'd like to see a version with more definition to the smudging, maybe just throw some curves or levels on there? The splatter is nice, add a good sense of depth to the tag which version 1 doesn't have. I'd say maybe decrease the saturation a tad on the darker red splatter, it's not blending as well as the others for me.

I like the splatter just not the dots floating away from the focal point.
