As the title says, I'm looking for some proportion/anatomy advice in regards to the following drawing:

I plan to re-draw this concept (note: it's just a sketch as of now; nothing serious) digitally, but before I do so I'd like to refine it as best as possible, and anatomy is where I fall short. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you. <3

LOOK AT ALL YE DANDY'S PRANCIN ABOOT WITH YOUR HEA
Jaw is a bit to big, try shortening it, also you should turn the tv a little more to get a more realistic looking angle. Hands should be a bit bigger, so should the foot. The foot is also not at the right angle and needs to be adjusted more, even shoes aren't that round.

Pro tip: The head should always be used as a measuring tool, and the torso should only be at least as tall as two head sizes.

Good job though, can't wait until you finish it, just keep drawing and you'll get better :3

Yes, my art teacher said the same thing about the head.

Thank you guys. I'll probably update with the revisions at some point.
