I'm completing Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance on beginner difficulty with 3 challenges:
-No Flowmotion attacks. Flowmotion movement is required sometimes.
-Starting spirit only. Don't use it in any way. Somewhat a solo challenge.
-Starting Keyblade only.
With all this, beginner becomes pretty much like standard difficulty, and maybe proud difficulty on the end of the game (Because normally you use better keyblades on the end. But you can't with this challenge).
I made a list of the flowmotion attacks that are prohibithed in this challenge:
-Kick Dive
-Buzz saw
-Blow-off
-Wheel rush
-Sliding Dive
-Shock Dive
You need the rest of the flowmotions because you can't pass some places without them (Such as the giant ramp on "The Grid" world. You need the rail slide to... slide in the red lines).
I'm on the sixth world. I can't tell the name because of the spoiler thing.
---Tips If you are trying the challenge---

Spoiler ShowI found out that Block and Air slide is much more useful with this challenge. You can't attack every time because nearly every enemy in the game can't be stunned easily. Blocking attacks and countering them stuns enemies easily. But you can't block mid-air. Then Air slide can replace it.
And another thing to remember: Block mid-combo. Don't block after the combo or before it. Enemies are smart enough to attack you when your block ends. So, attack 1 or 2 times and block, or do a full combo and retreat.
In "The Grid" World, skip the optional orange enemies (CLU's minions, if you know the story). Why? They are much, much stronger than any dream eater you find in the world! The only ones you need to defeat are Rinzler in Sora's side and every enemy in the Motobike-thing with Riku. Block and counter every Rinzler's attack or you will have problems.
If you can't attack far away, or the dream eater is blocking your attacks, why you didn't use magic? It's very useful in these situations.
