There are several things to support this if you think about it. At the end of the first secret ending the words "A Keyblade master" float on screen as they show this man's sillouette. In the beginning of this video it shows the same shadowy image but clears up to be the bald man.

Next, watch the way he manipulates the Keyblades. He uses his power to cause all of them to start moving. And after he ices the roxas look alike and before he turns to the Heart-Moon he turns his Keyblade into the dark orb....interesting yes?

Yes, I believe he could be the Keyblade Master Of The Darkness but how could an Old Man wearing an attire of Xehanort's Heartless be a master of the keyblade. He wasn't even a knight or a swordsmen but could be a wisest researcher corrupted by the power of the keyblade and the power of darkness, start to consume him, giving him the power to control the keyblades and manipulate it into dark orbs. He can also commanded the forces of nature by making the sky darken and the earth rises up.

The BM being a Keyblade Master is actually quite plausible. I mean, didn't the legend say that the Keyblade Master could bring chaos as well as saving the world?
That, or he is an extremely skilled Sorcerer of some sorts, but the fact that he appears quite skilled with the Keyblade points in the direction of him being a Keyblade Master.

Yo guys did anyone notice that the old man's black keyblade had a keychain. In this picture you can't see it clearly.

Exactly
And to what Xigbar said, this all possibly takes place in the past. So it would be better to say that the Xehanort's heartless is wearing clothes similar to this man's. Perhaps this man was the first to harness the power of darkness and Kingdom Hearts. Maybe Xehanort (the OES in the new secret ending) was angry that he could be beaten so easily and wanted to study under this man. Some accident occurs, he loses his memory and Ansem nurses him back to health. And all the while Xehanort can't help but be adept in his studies of darkness.

Nomura is probably trying to show how BM really embodies the Keyblade Wielder that brought chaos, I believe he is the dark keyblade master too.

First Xemnas with twin red light sabers, now BM and his clone as Dark Sith Lord and Apprentice. Is Nomura really that huge of a Star Wars fan?

One of the key reasons he can be considered a keyblade master is because he has the keychain on his keyblade.

Unlike the soldiers.

The old mans keyblade looks lethal.

Has anyone noticed the old mans Ears are pointy like Xigbars. What could this mean?

Yo Fire FoX, i think you maybe on to something. That old man does look alot like Xigbar. Every member of the Organization XIII had there own stories.

Remember a Nobody is created when the original being becomes a heartless. Which means all the people in Organization XIII where once a complete being.

Yeah, the more I look, the more I see a connection between the Bald Unknown and Xigbar.

baldunknown.jpg

Hair's different, no scar of course, and the eyepatch... But the similarities are undeniable. The ears and eyes at the least, and the grin is definately the same. The angle on the two pics isn't perfect, but just picture Xigbar's head tilted down... uncanny.

Maybe the bald guy is Braig's Heartless, given his clothing is similar to Xehanort's Heartless. And before Xehanort came along, he must have been Ansem's top apprentice, given his Nobody's ranking in the Organization. Maybe there's a reason for that.

There's really no way to compare his power to Xehanort's Heartless or Xemnas, since it's hard to do that without seeing a video of them in action. He seems far stronger than Xigbar was, but there's any number of reasons for that - found a great source of power, Braig had a huge amount of darkness in his heart, etc.
And talking of similarities, the Heartless Knight's get-up looks eerily similar to Riku's armor - skirt and all. Wonder what the story is there...

Hmm, you indirectly pointed out something very interesting, FireFox:

Xemnas is Xehanort's Nobody, and Xehanort's Heartless wears the "Fake Ansem coat".
Xigbar is Braig's Nobody, and Bald Unknown/Bald Man wears the same "Fake Ansem coat".

Remember how everyone in Organization XIII wore their black raincoats? These two are wearing a same attire and Nomura might have a very good reason for that. :D

Maybe he is the Keyblade Master, not a keyblade weilder like the rest but the actual master and thats why hes so powerful and can manipulate the keyblade so well. I believe he will be a weilder of light(because light has yet to be shown as an evil power force in the kh series).

I do not think light can be evil. Light always represents goodness and purity. Evil is always represented by darkness.

Meh... Light can be used to the weilder's content just like darkness... Kh stems to break that perception that darkness = bad and light = good. In late kh1 and early CoM we see Riku using the darkness for good up until late CoM when he also masters light and become dawn/twilight... Late through a noumoura interview we learn Mickey is the weilder of darkness and also weilds darkness... If darkness can equal good then surely light can equal evil.

Wow, never heard that one before.

Anyway, you remember the story Kairi's grandmother talks abouyt in kh1, maybe the keyblade wars are what that story was about, and the legends about the keyblade came from here. Like how the BM was the keyblade weilder of chaos. Maybe the knights were the ones who used the keyblades to save the world from him.

If we directly translate "Way to the Dawn", "dawn" means "in-between night and daytime", so does that mean that Keyblade is from the In-between World? In other words, this means the Keyblades that Sora, King Mickey and Riku wield represent the Worlds of Light, Dark and In-between?
Well, if I have to say where they belong, it's just as you said. But the name of "Way to Dawn" doesn't have to mean that. This name came from the scene at the end of Riku's story in KH:COM that suggested which path he would walk on, where he said "The road to dawn."
Right there if you never read it

I don't think the old man is a heartless at all. I do think that he was the first to discover the third entity though. Theres another thread that suggest that the said entity would be called memories. you all should check it out.
