I like coconut too! It tastes really good with cherry ripe mixed in.
I also like caramel, coffee, mint choc chip and of course cookies and cream xD among others.
I would say sea salt ice cream if I didn't almost kill myself when I made it lol

Nonetheless, I like vanilla. French Vanilla to be exact. Don't really like chocolate ice cream :/ Never tastes good to me. I like chocolate but not chocolate ice cream >_>.. Strawberry is good as well.
