Oh wow I didn't expect any comments on this. D=
UPDATE ON THE JOB: no reply from the creators yet, soooo probably not going to happen.
Wow, I LOVE your style... You've got a great understanding of anatomy (something I still need to work on OTL) and you've got some great original concepts
Love that Dr. Doom, btw. <3
Oh god thank you. I've spent the last two years trying to break away from cartoon anatomy and into the real stuff. It makes me so happy to know it's showing.
don't ever keep your eyes off this guys work. When it comes to characters, he draws a plethora of them
TOO BAD THEY ALL SUCK /cut cut
Most of these look fairly good with a decent understanding of proportions and shading, but I can't help but feel Kraven and Mr. Sinister look a bit weird. Kraven in particular makes me think of Oda's art but I'm not sure if it works.
Oh god yes, as soon as I finished with Sinister I hated it. I was inches away from just erasing him and starting from scratch, but something called me away and I just never got around to it. But since you pointed it out, I'm gong to redo him. And add the other characters I meant to add, but didn't have time. As for Kraven, though Oda is a major inspiration of mine, Kraven's look is lifted almost directly from the way Mario Alberti drew him in "Spider-Man/X-Men"; a four part mini series celebrating the two's crossovers.

All I'm going to say is quiteMAD's characters and yes ALL of them look exactly like him. Both in the anatomy and facial details.
I dunno why but I've known him for close to 14 years and it's always been that way.
And it kind of offends me that you still say this. You may as well just say ALL my characters look the same, since they ALL look like me. You may as well just say I have no ability to vary characters from one another in anyway, which would go against every thing I stand for as an artist. Every since you first mentioned that I do this, I've made a very conscious effort to keep characters as different as possible. You cannot -CANNOT- seriously suggest that Gorilla Joe up there looks more like me than the Shaq/Forest Whitaker he was based off of.
I mean yeah, I put a little bit of myself into all my characters. What artist doesn't? But to suggest that's all I do, it's insulting.
