I need to ask a question about the new trailer

Whenever I try to watch the trailer, the picture doesn't show up, all I hear is music, has this happen to anyone else?

On the downloads page, it says that if that happens, to download Divx. There's a link to it and everything. Once you download it, you should be able to watch it.
