Use the sonic shadow shotlock on him when you get him down to two bars. It'll keep you invincible, AND deal a ton of damage to him. Thunder surge pales in comparison to that kind of attack.

Holy crap, never even thought of doing that! I only tried thunderstorm and Ultima Cannon. Ill definitely try that, thanx alot!
