Now don't tell me you never had a dirty mind before. ^^

I'm not. I'm just saying that he likes to think 2 men are homosexual because they have a strong friendship. And that's a BAD dirty little mind.

Unless, y'know... He's into that kinda thing.

Lol, KH doesn't need a reboot at all (doh), BUT, I would like to see some more maturity. It's not a must, but I'd like it. Still, KH is fine as it is, more than fine even.

The same way Prince of Persia is getting a reboot, I think KH needs a reboot. CoM and KH2 pretty much destroyed this series. My proposal in a reboot is make Sora completely different and more human like Zack. Different hair, clothes, and keyblade design. Less yaoi, better dialogue, more mature storyline( Disney proved they can be mature), no Namine, the Heartless scarier, Xehanort more evil, and no nobodies. Just start over from scratch and make something epic.

This series needs a Prince of Persia or Batman Begins style reboot. Heck, rebooting worked for Zelda. Ocarina of Time was a reboot and it was epic beyond belief.

Currently I don't see how these spinoffs or KH3 can fix this mess. KH3 will probably just involve more mind wiping and search of memories and stuff. Reboot is needed and the character Sora definitely needs a reboot. He's on the same level as Two Face from Batman Forever( and as you can see that character is finally getting justice).

~ i don't know about you, but i think this series is about to get a whole bunch of maturity with the launch of bbs. something happened in that game that is much more mature than what some of us realize.

And on one of the occasions he said he would do anything the other wanted... :O

~ well, like ansem the wise said (may he rest in peace XD) sora is too nice for his own good...

I paused and walked away from my PS2 during my first playthrough of KH2 for that reason alone. That was the only time I paused. Not to go to the bathroom, not to eqat, but to laugh at the gayness.

And his niceness almost got him poked in the mouth. XD
[Gay joke of the year. There will never be another opportunity or a set up THAT good. In fact, I'm going to sig it.]

Puck, from what I've read (which admittedly isn't everything that's been posted), I agree with you. HOWEVER, I really don't see such a thing happening with the KH series. See, the thing is, people like you and I care about the potential creativity and uniqueness of a game. People like Tetsuya Nomura, however, car about the potential profits that they'll make, which is why they keep making games like CoM and 358/2 Days where they specifically say, "Yeah, you won't have to play these games to keep up with the actual storyline." Which means...it's a worthless piece of crap that they still expect you to spend $40+ on.

I could maybe see the games being remade in ten or so years...but it'd have to be by a different company or else a completely different team within Square Enix...

What I think that they SHOULD'VE done was mature with the character. Kind of like Harry Potter...and I know that KH and HP are in no way similar (other than common cliches, obviously), but I did like the way that the books' maturity progressed with Harry's. The first KH was a very good game. It was intended for children, but it still had a lot of plot elements that more mature players could grab onto. Sure, there were a few things missing, but that's what sequels are SUPPOSED to be for...*shrug* I guess we'll just have to wait and see what happens.

~ -_- oh wow. there really is nothing to say to that.
~ yeah. anyways, this game has to much of a thick plot to not get serious. (why does this sound like a relationship on the rocks?)

Oh God, I've become V.A.T.13 -_-

YES! Now I can watch you argue about and with yourself!

Okay, I'll admit I skipped after reading the first two pages to get here, but here is my opinion.

KH2 was to be teen, but I think it was for the blood and alcohol in Port Royal than alot else.

On Yaoi, it's just simply rampant fan speculation based on fans mis interpreting or twisting quotes and actions. If in CoM or KH3 someone finds something similar to Hot Coffee, I will bow to the Yaoi people (FIND, not put in to make me wrong)

I prefer Nobodies (well, the High ranking ones) to heartless (except for Ansem.) Why, because Ansem, Org XIII, and the Disney villains did something no other heartless did. Plot and plan. They thought about what they wanted and figured out a way to do it. It shows coldbloodedness (especially when they talk about murder) This equals better villains than one who just says "Screw you" and shoots them. Though those are scary too, the heartless never gave me that feeling. (Ben Linus from Lost is an excellent and scary plotter.)

Mind wiping, not big for me. It really hasn't been brought up again, but I do want Sora to reclaim his CoM memories.

Namine and Roxas I am skipping because Roxas had (so far) seven days to know him. I need a little more interaction before I make my decision. Namine I'm skipping, but I did like her in CoM.

DiZ, interesting. I have gotten into WAY to many argument over whether he is good or evil.

On the Spin offs, I am wating eagerly. I will only be able to play 358/2 but BBS is the one that looks good. And since at least Terra is older than Sora (and I think Aqua is too) you should see them grappling with some not quite kiddish stuff (murder of MX comes to mind)

I think that's it for now, but Like with everything, some things do need a little TLC. Other stuff, are great how they are.
