Well psychologically there are many reasons for becoming a pedophile. I'm not an expert on the topic but I think there are quite a few obvious and possible answers such as abuse, being raped as a child, etc.

Pedophilia is what you are thinking of. Though it's more of a creepy fetish than an outright mental disorder.

I dunno its an old movie in the movie he caught the bad guy that did it there's a cubic her inside the infant and an accomplice hooker got a sample of his cubic hair in the interrogation he was so mad at the bad guy he beat him up like hell
