What items do I need to synthesis Elixirs? Also, is it a recipe? I need them to beat Seph...but I have no clue where to get them...

heres how u get them

1) get the mega recipe then synthesis 3 mytheral stones, 1 power stone and one dark stone

2) they can be dropped by devestator and living bone at a rare rate so put in a lot of lucky lucky's
