+ have at least a gummi ship that has 750+ offence and you should be fine. Remember to dodge all the time while your fighitng it. ( dodge = O ) and turn on Full Auto.

Do you really have to beat him? I think that I had waited it out until I was done with the little world.
If you defeat it, you get a treasure. (Secret Model)
Just equip Drain on your Gummi Ship. It absorbs his fire, then sends it back at him so you save life. I beat it with getting hit only 3 times from the big explosions it causes.
