Hunger Games 20 yrs later...​

Spoilers of Catching Fire​

Plot: There aren't any of the same characters alive and it is about twenty years after Catching Fire. (They can still be involved from history but they aren't alive.) Over the past twenty years District 13 has grown to a large population consisting of people from the ages of 9 to 65 both females and males. Food is plentiful enough with hunters providing from surrounding woods and members from District 11 harvesting food. The climate is warm for the most part and heavily covered by forests and trees that grown over the debree from before. The people don't make many adjustments in fear that the Capitol may start suspecting something and investigate. Any leadership for the most part is inexistant. Anyone that is there is considered an equal to another or if otherwise is kept private. Anyone from the districts that wanted to get away from the capitol's control and was willing to fight went to District Thirteen. There are two families that originated from District Thirteen and escaped before the Capitol destroyed it. With several people in District Thirteen planning on overthrowing the Capitol more people from Districts start going there. The Capitol starts to get wary of the District members dissappearing and puts more guards in each District. For the remaining District members the Hunger Games are still going on regardless of the uprisings. As a twist to the Hunger Games the Capitol has expanded the age range from 9-21 year olds and there are thirty "participants" involved. The fields are more dangerous than before and the members of the Capitol are willing to do anything to stay in power. They don't know that District 13 is planning to overthrow them and they aren't making any extra precautions in defense of the Capitol itself. Most Districts have stopped with the uprisings but Districts 1, 4, and 11 continue.

Rules:
1) No controlling characters
2) Keep any romance to a PG-13 level
3) Only a few can be within the family from District 13 so the first people that reserve get to. (Three)
4) People can be from the Capitol
5) Only have as many people as you can keep track of
6) Have respect

Name: Briolus Hawthrone

Nicknames: Briol

Age: 18

Gender: Male

Personality: Is remarkable similar to his father. Able-bodied and unscathered by any changes except how he feels for the one he likes. He likes to think on the bright side and likes to take things slow. Doesn't like to over exaggerate how he feels or anything he does, but instead gets very stone hearted when talking about his family.

Appperance:
Briol has timid, tan color skin and thick brown hair. He is in tip-top shape and is average height for his age. He usually wears his baggy jeans and black shirt, with a few rips on the sides and back. Briol always wears his father's coal mining gloves from back in the day for a easier grip on things, especially his new heavy gun he carries across his chest, a gift from District 13.

Weapon: Capital's common Plasma gun

District/Capitol: District 13, the lost in time District.

Name: Rena Vaeso
Nicknames: Ren
Age: 23
Gender: Female
Personality: Confident about her actions but still a likable person. She's a strong speaker that can handle most situations. Calm and thoughtful in critical situations and for the most part, always serious. Not much of a sense of humor.
Appperance: She has Jade green eyes that are large, almost childlike despise her seriousness. She has long, black hair. She is very tan almost the color of a Cherokee. She stands at about five foot and often wears a black cloak and loose, leather pants.
Weapon: A Knife and spear
Skills: Swift on her feet and a decent tree climber
District/Capitol: District 11 originally but escaped to District 13
Biography: While an uprising was going on Ren escaped into the surrounding woods while being chased. She barely made it to District 13 without showing them where she was headed but they gave her up saying she was dead. She escaped with only one scar along he upper arm that goes from her shoulder to mid=forearm.
Others: She tends to be out in the fields but at night keeps guard when asked.

Name: Lorone Bila
Nicknames: Loro
Age: 16
Gender: Female
Personality: Overall Loro seems to be dark and unforgiving. She tells openly to anyone who will listen why she escaped to District 13 but otherwise she is very secretive. She only a trusts a few people and tends to be a leader. She follows fine all the same though. Most of the time relaxed but can act with little energy.
Appearance: Faded, Blue eyes with short, black hair. Around five foot eight inches. Her expression is nearly always calm and hard to differentiate between feelings. She is olive toned often with small lines under her eyes from lack of sleep.
Weapon: A sword not extremely sharp but enough to make it through a battle
Skills: Swordmanship and offense
District: Originated from District 2 but Made it to District 13
Biography: In the last Hunger Games reaping her name was pulled but her sister stepped in before she could stop her. After seeing her sister's death on the tv she escaped into the woods and kept going until she found District 13. Seemingly to others, she forgot entirely of her family still left in District 2. Once she made it to District 13 she became a hunter supplying food where she remains.
Others: Her main weakness is offense in an enclosed area.
