Huey, Dewey and Louie....do they EVER age?

To be honest I was kind of disapointed with the 'aging' in BbS. Nomura originally made a big emphasis on the idea of Disney worlds and the characters reflecting the time difference. I can literally only think of one disney character that is noticably younger which is Hercules, SRK are the only original characters I can think of too.

agreed.....though i didn't expect too much from the cartoony type worlds like disney town, but the other ones could've done better job.

that or not influence alot of time isues.

Did you really expect them to make kid Mickey, toddler Donald and baby Goofy? I don't think so...

Well I think because Huey, Dewey & Louie aren't major characters at all in the series, there age isn't an issue

No but I did expect there to be more than four characters in the universe to age over ten years. They also could have used more Disney worlds to show the gap. Atlantica would be a perfect example. I remember writing a fanfic in the upcoming worlds thread that featured that world well.

BBS was the only game I would ever accept Atlantica in simply because of the fact that King Triton knew about keyblade wielders from KH1.

Also because it could explain Ursulas banishment and make unique use of VATs armor.

Ven arrives first to find that the world is almost covered in water. It doesn't take him long to think that the armour that protects him in space could surely help him breath underwater. All of the kingdom is happily dancing, singing etc. and Ursula still lives in the castle. He converses with Triton and Athena (Ariels mum) who are playing with their daughters and he tells them about his keyblade. They say that they are worried about their friend Sebastian who they haven't seen in a while. They believe the weird creatures that have been appearing outside the castle might have something to do with his disapearance. As Ven heads outside he runs into Ursula who realises he is not from around here. She says how Triton doesn't deserve to be king and have the castle and Ven naively (is that a word?) walks away. He gets to the right area and finds Sebastian being chased by some unversed. Ven attacks them and Sebastian thanks him for the help. After the chat they both hear screams from inside the castle. Sebastian tells Ven that there must be trouble at the palace and Ven should help. When Ven gets to the palace a large serpent like unverse is running wild. He quickly turns his keyblade into a key-mobile and chases it through the towers of the castle. After taking the monster down it turns out that Ursula was behind the attack and the unversed was meant to take out Triton. Triton then banishes her from the castle. Ven realising that the city seemed safe and Terra was nowhere to be seen in the world decides to leave.

Terra is second to arrive and makes the same assumption as Ven did. Terra runs into Ursula (ofcourse) and he talks about Master Xehanort and the PoH. Ursula tells of how there are many princesses within the castle and she could help him find them. Only problem is that she is banished from the castle. Terra escorts Ursula towards the castle fighting unversed along the way. When they get to the castle they find that nobody is in sight. Ursula realises that they must be on the surface playing music and dancing. They head towards the surface and when they arrive everyone panics at the sight of Ursula. Ursula takes revenge on Triton with a large amount of magic but he resists being harmed. Terra is confused at what is going on around him and Triton beleives him to be a follower of Ursula. Ursula grows angrier that she cannot harm Triton and sees a young Ariel, defenceless on a rock. She goes to attack her with magic but Athena quickly pushes Ariel out of the way and gets killed in a similar fashion to when she did in LM3. Ursula leaves cackling and only Terra and Triton remain. Triton attacks Terra and chases him down to the floor of the sea. The is where a boss battle occurs and before Terra can defeat Triton, Triton flees. Aqua suddenly shows up and talks with Terra. Aqua said she had seen everything that occured on the surface and Terra says that he needs to leave as there is no PoH or MX in the world.

Aqua arrived last and found a bit of land to approach the world on. It was the bay where the mer-folk were. She comes to find an Athena hiding behind a rock with six of her daughters amoungst chaos. Aqua asks what is going on but suddenly sees Ariel on the other side of the bay about to be attacked by Ursula. She warns Athena and Athena leaps across to save Ariel and is killed. Aqua sees Terra but has no time to approah him. She says that they must quickly get home and she will help them. She gets to the floor of the ocean and it becomes an escort mission with the seven princesses. Once they arrive in the castle she finds Sebastion who takes the princesses from her and tells her to leave the castle. When leaving she sees Triton but is not seen by him. She goes outside and confronts Terra. After Terra leaves Aqua walks around and then suddenly hears a cackle. She finds Ursula and lashes out at her for what she did to Athena. It soon becomes a boss fight and its magic on magic. Aqua almost defeats Ursula before she disapears into a puff of black smoke. Aqua realises she cannot track her down and suddenly a tired and distraught Triton appears. He does not act aggressive towards Aqua but says that she must leave his kingdom as no good has come from the keybladers being there. Aqua accepts and leaves the world.

Wow, some of you guys are seriously trying to make sense out of Disney? It's freaking Disney for crying out loud. There's no way they'd ever show grandpa Mickey to little kids. They want Mickey to live forever in the minds of little kids. As for the other characters that do age, Disney just went, "screw it, we're aging them for the sake of plot relevancy to their respective worlds". Plus before KH came along, there was no problem with this time flow/age difference/Realm of Darkness crap with the Disney characters.

Yeah, I'd say that story would work if they included the world. Shame they missed the opportunity.

I guess the only explanation for Triton knowing about keyblade weilders is that he somehow heard the tale of the Keyblade wars.

All I remember was that it was in the BBS ultimania, but I don't even remember where I can find that. It was said that hearts aren't born when a body is born. Hearts are usually born a few years after the body was born so by that logic, Sora would be about 3 when he got his heart.

Which actually implies that was right when Sora was born into the world. There is NOTHING in the Ultimania that even remotely says that " hearts aren't born when a body is born. Hearts are usually born a few years after the body was born"
