Nope. I just recently knew it existed after I completed the final episode, I just spammed it against enemies at the Mirage Arena. I sold it because I found it meh.

grind in TWTNW. go from the final rest area up top and fight your way down to the entrance in the dark city, back and forth. you get twilight crystals from sorcerers and dense crystals from berserkers. it's tedious but you can enter final form and level that while you're doing that.

btw, after reaching a certain amount of every material, you get the option to synthesize them with large quantities of lesser versions. good luck.

I ended up with 99 Defense Ups and I can't go beyond 174 Defense Status. I thought you were able to go to 250?

i think critical mode lowers your highest stats. i know your max health is cut in half to 60 HP so i'm not surprised if it limits other shit too.

The BBS gameplay isn't very fun to do replays with because it feels like beating the game means seeing the same story 3 different times.

I mean I had no motivation to replay the game because most of the game felt filler and the important parts I already witness multiple times anyways so *shrug*

basically this. i loved it in 2010 but it felt like a chore playing it this year. i feel DDD's campaign handled things much better.

actually, DDD did everything better than BbS. hopefully the remake can fix the claustrophobic camera 2.5 has.

I actually found Larxene easy, in the sense that I just turn my brain off and just spam limit form and pray this is the time I get lucky with a win.

I didn't see much of a point of trying to make a game plan in that fight, either you kill her fast or she spams you to death.

if you platinumed the game i have no doubt you'll win the fights. it's overwhelming at first but it's all just a matter of getting in the groove of things,
