It’s only been 14 years since the original, and FIVE YEARS since the 3rd movie. Did this really need to be made into live action so soon???

You know if this does well, Dreamworks could try to do live action adaptations of their other animated films. We could get to see a live action green Ogre and talking Donkey

I eagerly await the live-action Kung Fu Panda which is just live-action environments inhabited by a cast of lifeless, photorealistic CGI animals.
