Once a day. Straight teeth and white teeth for life. Hardly have to go to the dentist =)

2twice in the morning, once before I start getting ready (real good) spend like 5 min on this one. And then once again after I finish getting ready, just to make sure they're clean.

And last but not least, one when I go to bed.

And if I get a chance; ill try to brush up after lunch.

once a day usually inthe morning I dont get the brush em before bed thing cause u wake up six hours later and brush em again any way plus I hate the taste of tooth paste -_-
