I actually heard that its when you are dammaged during drive form an the next time you drive, the anti form shows up.

heartless attack you. these attacks(from heartless) would be like points
and when they reach a certain altitude, you could hit
anti-form on your next drive.

anti form occurs when you abuse of your power and drive too often. Anti form is very powerful, but also very harmful
