I know I have to level up but can anyone tell me what levels I have to be at?

I'm having trouble with this as well--And I'm almost at the end of the game!
It's un-lockecd once you get to the part when your about to fight the final boss.
As far as I know, it appears about when you enter the last world, or sometime around then.
It's level 51, and can be rather hard, just to warn you.

it unlocks after ur duel with xenmas and u have complete the other 3 cups (panic and pain, cerebus(how do u spell?), and titan. the cup after goddess of fate is talking to hades 
) he gives u 4 new tournments if u lvl up ur forms/summons to certain lvls. i do not know if u get a reward for hade's cups
