How do you get the Final Chapter!!

Okay so i've beaten all the stories on Proud mode and I still don't have it! Do I need all the Xehernort reports to do it? Or do I have to do something specific?

You have to get every Xehanort Report to unlock the last episode, regardless of the difficulty you're playing on. That is it.

10 you should have for beating ven's final boss

And 12 is in a chest in keyblade graveyard as ven
